To ensure we can maintain strict quality control and keep our pricing fair for everyone, we operate under a No Returns policy. All sales are final once your order has been shipped, except where required by law.

Our "No-Rental" Promise

Our products are precision instruments designed for long-term ownership and professional use. To guarantee that every customer receives a brand-new, untouched tool that hasn’t been used for a temporary project and sent back, we do not permit product rentals.


If Your Product is Defective

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, we will make it right immediately—this includes items purchased during a sale.

To resolve a defect issue:

  1. Reach Out to Us: Send an email to support@precisionoftenth.com.

  2. Share the Details: Please supply our support team with proof of the issue, such as high-quality photos or a short video demonstrating the defect.

  3. Rest Easy: Once our team reviews and verifies the issue, we will process a full refund or send a brand-new replacement at no extra cost to you.

If a refund is approved for a defect, you will see it credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.


International & EU Customer Policies

European Union (EU) Right of Withdrawal

If you are shopping from the European Union, you have a legal 14-day right to cancel or return your order for any reason, starting from the day you receive your item.

Because we offer Free Outbound Shipping, returns are handled as follows:

  • Return Shipping is Paid by the Buyer: You (the customer) are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping tracking and costs to send the item back to our facility in Canada.

  • Your Refund Amount: Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the exact total amount you paid at checkout. We do not charge restocking fees, but we do not provide additional funds to cover your return shipping costs.

  • Item Condition Requirements: To qualify for a refund under this EU regulation, the tool must be completely unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • Diminished Value & Damage: You have the right to examine the tool as you would in a physical retail store. However, we reserve the right to reduce your refund amount (up to 100% of the purchase price) if the returned item shows signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by improper handling or intentional neglect.
